"The first time our furnace went out on Dec 23rd last year I contacted a place near to me for an emergency visit and never got a call back. I found Ridgeview by accident on Google and I’m really glad I did. John was very personable and sent a tech out that was good with kerosene furnaces. He checked it and had parts on the truck to fix it. Almost a year later now the furnace is out again on a weekend. Again John answered and sent the same tech out. He didn’t have the part to fix it but worked to get it operable until he got the part on Monday and fixed it. He didn’t just get it running and charge us, he showed us the failed part and explained exactly how my specific model works.
