"The doctors are great, the front office team is horrible. I've called and sat on the phone for about 40 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. I left messages on their answering system and no one ever replies back. I called and actually canceled an appointment only to find out that they were going to charge me a no-show fee. The doctors I saw were excellent but it's impossible to get an appointment modified correctly or even speak to someone from the front office to get an appointment. Everything is through the online portal which is lacks the human touch when you need to discuss an issue with a person. I made my final appointment with him and then I'll be looking for another doctor. If you're looking for a personalized professional care in a caring environment go somewhere else!"

"The MMI PT has employees that have been trained as robots! They read a script and can’t decide what is good or bad!! I was 1 min past their 15 min late policy & wouldn’t even let me be seen for a shorten PT appt! I was also told after rushing from another appointment that I would be charged $35, so I cancelled all future appointments!! Kayla & Kira are great PT but the office needs to use more common sense!!"

"Was going to be a new patient but I arrived 2 minutes late. I was told by a not so friendly girl at the desk that Dr. Bergman likes his new patients to arrive 15 minutes early and that he was gone for the day. I was not told to arrive 15 miinutes early. I did the pre check in on lineso it wasn't like there was any paperwork to do. Maybe they should have told me to arrive 15 miinutes early. I bet if i had been there on time I would not have been seen in time. I don't recommend this place. Especially if the doctors are have same mannerisms as the girl at the front desk."

"Update: PT billed at >$500 per session, PRP injections (not covered by any insurance) $790 each, you will wonder during the exam whether the treatment options you are offered are really your best options or just for the beach house. $$$$ Original - Exceptionally good at separating me from money without any benefit...final afront was their kind offer of multiple PRP shots for $790 each, not covered by insurance. I'm 3k in already and expected to blow another 2k??....and please no response about how much you care about my situation. Two can play the google review game."

"This is the place to go in Frederick for physical therapy. I would highly recommend you see Kaila. While I have only seen her a few times, I have made sure to book my upcoming appointments with her. She has been the most helpful and effective person I've seen. She actually listens to you. And, she explains what she's doing and why. She's very thorough and genuinely seems to care about her patients. I appreciate how she checks in with me to assess my comfort level. As far as the front desk, everyone is nice and helpful, but I will say that Madison is the friendliest and most patient person I've dealt with there thus far. I truly appreciate this entire team. I had been here years ago for PT and while there have been a lot of changes, they're all positive."
