"I rarely leave poor reviews because I have the benefit of the doubt for people, but I had a very disappointing experience with this office. Firstly, I was a new patient there and felt like I barely had a chance to provide what I thought to be crucial information about my allergies. The doctor heard one point I made about a possible food exposure and focused solely on that without really giving me a chance to talk about my other concerns. The whole visit was barely 7 minutes. For an established patient or an urgent care visit, I understand that visits can be quick. But as a brand new patient with an unknown history, it was ridiculous. My second visit was made to review the results, and I had asked to come in at 10. Their only openings were around 8 am. Fine, I decided to take the early time and waited for 2 hours in the room. I overheard the doctor yelling at one of staff members about a room mix up/not notifying her, and it was obvious they had forgotten I was there because of a mixup. As inconvenient as that was, I know mistakes happen. What upset me was the fact that there was no transparency. Had the doctor or staff member communicated about the mistake, it would have been fine. Instead, the doctor came in and acted like everything was fine. Mistakes happen, but I value honesty and I didn’t get that at all in this clinic. Furthermore, they have been dragging on an issue with a bill since April. It is currently December, and I paid that bill back in May. I spoke on the phone with the staff several times, sent an email with receipts of my payments, and was told in August that the problem would be addressed. My last straw was when they called me again today telling me I had an outstanding balance. I don’t understand what is going on in that office in terms of communication and organization, but it seems like there is none. Again, I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but as someone who has worked in healthcare for several years with countless different practitioners, I felt the need to share. This doctor has good reviews, so I’m sure other patients have had a better experience, but for me personally, I was disappointed and frustrated."

"This office is very short staffed and it is a stressful environment. No administrative staff in person, it is only the doctor there operating by herself. During one of my visits, I overheard Dr. Ispas get upset with her administrator through the iPad for scheduling my allergy test so I felt guilty for being there and almost left. I couldn’t blame her because her waiting room was always packed. Most of my appointments were rescheduled last minute due to staff shortages. I also have gotten several calls about not paying my bills (when I have already been paying on time). The administrative staff (that works remotely) has been very apologetic and polite about my concerns which I do appreciate."

"Thank you so much for all your hard work! Very caring and fast! She is very busy but has time for everyone. She has answered all my questions. I have to say she is also very inspirational and I wish more doctors were like her. I’ll continue with my allergy shots as they have already started to make a difference!"

"Dr Ispas definitely cares about her practice and is knowledgable, but the office is chaos. For the past year there has been a lot of staff turnover, office hours changing, and changing processes, so no one actually knows what is going on. Beware that the allergy shots typically run 30 mins behind schedule (used to be 5 mins max) and the wait to actually meet with the doctor is normally 1 hour. This gets frustrating as it has made me late to work several times, or has made me take extra leave time from work. I have been skipped over in line and forgotten about multiple times, and if I try to say something they have gotten defensive and sassy. It is also frustrating as during my appointment the nurses or doctor are also focusing on other patients and running around, so it seems like they don't care about you as an individual as much. Hopefully they actually start to fix things soon."

"I went here because of the good reviews. I've had several appointments, and they have all been the same. The office is super chaotic. The doctor runs about an hour late for your appointment. While you're in the private room waiting, staff come in and out of your room, grabbing supplies. Once the doctor finally comes in, you get about 2 minutes on a good day of her time. In those 2 minutes, she is talking to her assistant, other staff are coming into the room asking questions about other patients. I've been several times, and 2/3 times I was interrupted mid-sentence and told my appointment was over. I was told if I had questions to schedule another appointment. The office bills you for a full 20-30 minute appointment, even though you get about 30 seconds of time with the doctor. While I understand medical offices are particularly busy, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for 5 minutes of undivided attention. I tried going several times, but this seems to be their approach."
