"In the past, my step mother was a guest in the Alzheimer's unit. Then my father also had to be in the same unit. Today I visited my aunt who is there for rehab. She is 96 years old. Employees were always kind and friendly without being overbearing. I will always recommend."

"Horrible, understaffed! My families worst nightmare. We found my father many times asleep in his puréed food. His urine bag was full beyond and almost bursting. Laying in a full soiled diaper. This was not hospice it was hell for us to watch. My father lost he dignity there. His health was failing already but he passed away dirty soiled and with no dignity."

"My Uncle had been admitted early Nov. there has been zero communication, They seem to think he’s Alert and Oriented and independent, although they were told differently upon admission. This wasn’t my first pick for placement. He lives alone, has a caregiver 4 days a week along with home health nurse 2-3 days a week for wound care. Sounds like he’s independent right? I’ve reached out several times to find out about anticipated discharge. Crickets, but when they called me and emailed me about needed documentation for billing, I got it right to them. Continue to call someone, anyone with an answer no one answers the phone, and when the poor nurses answer they don’t have these answers, I get to a voicemail to only leave a message to not get a returned call. I get a call on Wed at 1245, Social services called.. “your uncle has been waiting for you” I said for what? (I usually visit Thursdays) she said “to be picked up he’s being discharged” “he made the arrangements “ again no call, nothing he had no means to call me unless they gave him a phone. Mind you I work at 2pm, but I was to drop everything and pick him up, no services in place, I had cleaned his apartment out of all food that was perishable. So I need to go shopping, again can’t do that independently. But they can send an email about owing $287 and an email “when will you be here to pick him up” but no return email as to what services are in place for discharge, and what is the bill for when he has Medicare & Medicaid… will never step foot in this facility ever again once his bill is paid. I am a healthcare worker and this is TERRIBLE customer service."
