Reviews
"Rude, unfriendly and unhelpful clerical staff. They have zero patience for the elderly despite this being their largest patient demographic. The treatment of their patients is unprofessional and rushed. Front desk staff has no patience and can not answer any questions regarding scheduling, insurance or their own office policies. If you sneeze (I sneezed 1 time over the course of our 2 hour wait) you are asked to mask up or leave the office. I will drive to Baltimore before ever visiting the Frederick office again."
"Always great things to say about the people and care at Wilmer. Been a patient off and on for fifteen years and still treated like visiting royalty."
"I WAS a patient in the Frederick Office and my doctor left last year. I am having an emergency and I called on Monday of this week, Dec 26th and I realize they are closed this week, so they gave me an emergency on call doctor number to call. I left 3 messages and knowbody called back. So disrespectful. I have flashing in my right eye with a possible retina detachment and knowbody will call back. They don't care. Called a local retina specialist and the responded right away and want me in the office asap. So long Wilmer Eye Institute"
"Set up an appointment 9am, drove an hour to the facility only to be told the doctor wont be in until 12pm. Go to wal mart, they have an eye center."
"Leaving the Wilmer Eye INSTITUTE in Frederick after an exam by Dr. Kelly Margaret Seidler. Had the number 1 eye exam ever. She found cataracts other Docters didn't and other mild conditions to be corrected. Her professional ways coupled with friendliness made me very happy to ask all the questions on my mind. I just relocated & feel great knowing I am going to the #1 Eye INSTITUTE in the country & have one of the Top Docters. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER. ..ALSO EXTREMELY OPEN FOR ALL QUESTIONS. I THANK JOHNS HOPKINS FOR HIRING HER. ,"
