"Do not ever work here or bring your family here!!! The owner/boss is extremely unprofessional and two faced and will talk badly about you to other workers.You’ll end up doing everyone’s job and your own. The job is very Under paid and only 1 person on a shift. Often times the only person in the entire building. so let’s say the building catches fire and you have someone who is two assist you won’t be able to get them out of the building ,plus having 25+ residents and one person is impossible to work with in the case of an emergency. two assist people belong in a skilled facility not personal care home. The staff is verbally and mentally abusing residents , cussing and screaming at them and boss doesn’t care as long as she doesn’t have to work. Wrong medication being given to residents, letting residents sit in urine, leaving residents sleep on floor, not wearing mask or practicing any Covid preventions, this facility has been reported to the state and ombudsman."
"My mother lived there for years before she passed ..she loved it there and the staff was great.. ..I worked for a medical supply company for years and was in all of the personal care homes ..Countryside is second to none ..I would highly recommend them ..if I was to go any where to live I would want to go there ."
"Justine runs an amazing home. She has a huge heart and it really shows. The home is super clean with a very peaceful atmosphere. Everyone gets homemade food too! :) Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a forever home for their loved ones, they would be in very good hands."
