"Canceled an urgent appointment because of a meeting. Brushed off symptoms for 10 months and now I have gone from one problem to several."
"My surgeon is Dr. Sherman... Everyone at the office is amazingly kind and genuinely concerned for the patients. Dr Sherman put my mind at ease and I would recommend this office to anyone who needs their services...."
"I went in due to severe back pain, and was sent to physical therapy and an arthritis doctor, and set up for a pain management appointment here. It was a good 1 to 1.5 months for each of these from the initial visit. I kept having intense crippling pain after the prednisone, and I also was having issues with stuff like the high dose Ibuprofen due to other issues it flares up, such as leg cramps it seems. The pain management doctor eventually would confirm this possibility. I kept asking, too, about the nature of my back popping so much, many, many times a day. And often chain popping 3 to 5 times when I'd stand up or sit down multiple times a week. I basically started getting brushed off by the surgeon after a couple weeks. As for their pain management, but the month or so in, I didn't happen to be in much pain that main that morning, so I got nothing to help from that either. They scheduled another pain management follow, canceled it a couple weeks before the 2nd appointment, and it turned out that very day I would have had my 2nd pain management appointment, ended up on the floor with my back so locked up I couldn't get it to pop until after I was horizontal. Over a half a year later, and the arthritis doctor confirming a lot of my thoughts, and giving me Otelza, I'm doing a lot better. And in particular, my back and hips are popping less and less overall. Especially after my right hip seemed to shift a lot one day. At this point, I believe the psoriatic arthritis is clearing up, resulting in less joint popping, and less pain, seemingly contrary to the back doctor's original comments."
"The worst customer service when it comes to the patients time. You get here on time and wait 45 minutes to be seen, while everyone else arrives after you and is seen. I get here 15 minutes early today and I’ve waited over an hour so far while others arrive after and are seen while I wait. At least they apologize but what ever happened to first come first serve? I can understand running a little behind but where is accountability these days. Common courtesy is appreciated."
"Fails to follow through. On morning of my 2nd surgery promised if it didn't work he'd go back into my back. When it didn't work said no nothing I do will help. So I'm left with drop foot trying to aid someone in a wheelchair. Keep promises doctor. Nothing beats a failure like a try. When he first got I was impressed we landed someone like him now I wonder what he was running from so we could"
