"This clinic has done vaccines, microchips and a spay for my host of feline friends. The cost and availability is outstanding, the care is excellent, and the people are so nice. Every time we've been here for a service, the wait time is well managed and the processes are smooth and clear. Can't say enough nice things about them, so grateful to have this clinic around! "We took our cat Winston here about 2 weeks ago to get neutered. They said they would call us anywhere between 3-5:30 to pick our kitty up. We got a phone call around 4:45 saying our kitty was done and we could go get him. My husband went to get him and the owner tells him that he was one of the first cats done and he peed in his crate. So he was sitting in his pee from early morning till late afternoon. The owner was very disrespectful to my husband, and whenever i reached out to her about the issue she never responded. Probably because she got her money. If you care about your animals i wouldn’t recommend taking them here."
