"I scheduled an online appointment for the minute clinic in McCandless. Was able to be seen on time, the nurse practitioner was "Sami" pretty name & her personality was even more. She was very kind. She looked me over asked questions, I did not feel rushed & felt the attention I received was better than what I have ever received from my PCP. The convenience, scheduling, practitioner, all was awesome! I won't hesitate to go here again if I need help."

"I made a reservation at the Minute Clinic specifically for a typhoid vaccine, and my experience was marred by a shocking lack of transparency and blatant disregard for customer communication. Prior to receiving the vaccine, I inquired about the cost, and was unequivocally told it would be $155, with no mention of additional fees. Despite my explicit agreement to proceed under those terms, I was confronted with an exorbitant bill of $259 after the vaccine had already been administered. To add insult to injury, the practitioner casually dropped the bombshell that there was a $70 "travel consultation fee" and a $34 "administration" fee, conveniently concealed until the last possible moment. This deceptive pricing strategy left me feeling deceived and coerced into accepting an unexpectedly inflated cost for a service I initially consented to at a different, agreed-upon price. Attempting to address this blatant mishandling of information, I reached out to CVS billing the following day. Unfortunately, my attempt to seek resolution proved to be an exercise in frustration. Enduring a 50-minute wait on hold, coupled with two transfers to different departments, only to be met with indifference and dismissive remarks was nothing short of infuriating. The response, suggesting that I should have consulted the CVS website for a "table of charges," is not only unhelpful but also completely unacceptable. This lack of accountability and refusal to rectify the situation is indicative of a customer service approach that falls far short of expectations. In conclusion, my experience with Minute Clinic and CVS has been nothing short of a disheartening encounter with misleading practices, opaque pricing, and an astonishing lack of customer care. It is disconcerting to witness such a disregard for ethical conduct and transparency in a healthcare service, and I hope that others are spared the frustration and financial surprise that I had to endure."
