"Went to get my Covid vaccine. The younger male pharmacist took my insurance card and eventually told me I was not covered by insurance. He said he could not do anything else. I came home and called my insurance. They verified that the medical ID was wrong and verified my coverage. I made another appointment and the pharmacist canceled it. I called the store and explained that I had a new ID. The same male pharmacist had me on the phone while he checked (or pretended to) and again said that even with the new information I am not covered. I asked him to call the insurance to verify what I had just been told. He refused. I called my insurance back and explained. UPMC called the pharmacy with me on the line and another gentleman answered. They were able to quickly and without issue verify my coverage. I was told I could still come in even though it was now past my appointment time. I arrived at the pharmacy again and said I was there for my vaccine. The younger male pharmacist said something along the lines of “I’ll get to you when I get to you” and had me wait a while. Eventually I got the vaccine. Pharmacist was rude from the start and wholly unhelpful. Not sure if racism, homophobia, or downright incompetence but this CVS Pharmacy is not a place you’ll want to trust with your health, especially when it comes to this pharmacist."

"Multi color haired girl is very rude and keeps screaming in the store. Don’t know why she works there if she doesn’t like people."

"The worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to pick up medication from, the staff are outright unhelpful and have lied to me multiple times about when my medication will be in. I’m a type one diabetic, and several times they have just not had insulin when they said they would. It’s disgusting, the staff don’t care at all about your wellbeing. Edit: Found out from a helpful employee from another store that they are unable to see when they are getting insulin because they receive it from a third party, so yeah, them saying they could see it coming in on the next shipment was just a blatant lie."

"Customer service subpar by funny multicolar eyebrow associate, I asked a basic question for my little girl and she blatantly lied directly to me; I live locally and have been a loyal longstanding customer but don't think my family nor I will be returning anytime soon..."
