"Would NOT recommend framing department even if it was the only one in the tri county area. Went this evening to order a frame - was met by a rude lady in the framing area (Bernie or Bennie) who refused to help or ask any clarifying questions. Just made rude statements about what I needed to have before she could give me a price without actually helping me pick or decide anything. Will go elsewhere for framing orders."

"Very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. Not only did the unprofessional manager who is completely unfit to work with the public acted COMPLETELY out of line. All we wanted was our pick up order. Instead we got belittled and the cashier even said "Here's the customer causing issues"!!! All because they didn't have OUR order correct, they had loads of unwarranted attitude. Ill be speaking with corporate. The workers here are an embarrassment, rude, and completely out of line. Terrible experience. Go ANYWHERE else!!!! Oh, and if you make the terrible decision of going here, prepare for them to get your order wrong. I have second hand embarrassment for how these workers treat customers. I won't be going back, but I'll be blasting this experience all over the internet."
