"I ordered the chicken bowl and was given very tiny pieces of chicken that I could barely taste with the rice and the other topping that I added."

"Had to drive all the way back here because they forgot to put double meat on both of my order. The manager featured on the left proceeded to drive and lie saying there’s no cheese left in the store. I asked her how that’s possible when you open tomorrow; you’ll need cheese. She finally caved and went to get cheese cut to finally make my order the right way."

"I placed an Uber order for a salad and extra chicken. When I received my delivery order, the salad had 3 pieces of lettuce and there was NO chicken at all. No salad dressing. No utensils. I called the store 5 times and was unable to reach anyone. I was unable to eat my lunch and had to wait until my shift was over to go to the restaurant. The manager, Kevin was apologetic but I could tell that he was not surprised by my complaint. He advised that the phone was “out of order” with a smirk. He offered to make my order “in the back” but I declined and asked that my order be made at the front, in front of me. My order was remade but I still paid Uber Eats $30 and had to drive to the store myself for the correct order. Very disappointing!"

"Just popped in to pick up a burrito and a large queso. Specifically asked the server if I could have a fresh queso, as the one I could see was thick and yellow and almost empty. He said there was a new one in the back, and it would just take a minute to get it. Someone went to the back and bought out the queso, already in the container, so I just assumed that it was fresh. When I opened it at home, it was not fresh. It was thick and yellow like it had been sitting out at least a couple of hours. I would have appreciated it if they had just said they didn't have any fresh queso. Why lie and sell me a $6.00 cup of goo? I've purchased the queso blanco often and this was not it. Treating customers like they're stupid is a really bad idea."
