"As someone with a masters degree in social work I would not recommend this practice to anyone. My husband was unsatisfied with the professionalism of the prescriber he saw. When we called to speak with the office manager and clinical director we were told the things we were saying were untrue, there was no one above her head, that she did not have a practicing license. She talked over both him and I. When asked about the agency's licensure information she refused to provide it. I can only imagine the every day people that get taken advantage of. I can honestly say I've never dealt with people in the mental health field being this unprofessional. It felt very "shady". Please use caution, and if you feel your care is not up to par please report it to your insurance so they can be investigated"
"I would not recommend my worst enemy to seek treatment at New Vision or any of their staff. I was left in the wind by their assigned therapist and staff for over 5 weeks seeking another therapy session. It was only after 3 inquiries with the prescriber and staff that I found out that my therapist no longer works at the facility. Trust me. Please. If you're on this insurance they take. Seek your treatment elsewhere. Any of their staff can try and contend with this. I have receipts of every meeting I've taken with your staff. "

"Keisha was my first therapist I had, for the last 6 months shes helped me progress into the person I am today. I Told her who I wanted to be in 6 months and she made sure I stuck to everything I said I would do. She has left the facility to pursue other career endeavors and I wish nothing but the best for her!"
