"I don’t know what the issue is, but I was told a couple of times that someone would contact me, and I was never contacted. I initiated contact pretty much every time, after waiting a fair amount of time (over a week, I think one time I waited over a month). I was never told that there would be a long wait. When I finally did get a therapist, she told me she was only temporary and I would eventually be reassigned a new therapist. I really liked her, and saw her for, I think, 2 sessions before she had to go. She told me she put in a referral to a PRP and that someone would contact me about scheduling an appointment with a new therapist. I never received contact from anyone. I think a few weeks passed before I finally got fed up and called to say I don't want to continue treatment there. Their response was basically "okay" with indifference. I'm happy for the people that had a good experience here, but I didn't. I don't believe I did anything that warranted that response from them, but all I have is my perspective. I cannot recommend this place. If you want to take a chance, be prepared for a possibly bad experience."
