"Good service, but you have to stay on top of them. I emailed my sales rep several times and had a notification where my email was opened & read, but I never received a response. (This happened 3 times.) I also had to stay on top of Matt, the project manager. My roof was completed in 2 days, but then I had to repeatedly follow up with Matt in order to get my gutters reattached. After 5 texts to Matt and 2 calls to the main office, they were finally reattached....3 WEEKS LATER. Happy with the roof job they did, but I don't feel I should have to chase people to complete a service I'm paying good money for."
