Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I’m never coming back to this chipotle again! This is the second location so far with bad experience ! They are very greedy with giving out portions. They like taxing you for no reason !!! I ordered a bowl I asked for a chicken there was barely chicken on there I’ve seen so much better and when I ask her can you add a little bit more she said so you want double chicken when she clearly saw there was barely any meat! I’m so disappointed. They then overcharge us. And we ask for our refund. The cashier just gives us ugly looks not very professional in my saying! I paid cash and the manager whoever it was says we need a card to get our money back like I’ve never heard of such thing in my life! I’m never coming back here and your staff is horrible do better Chipotle!"

"Finally giving up on chipotle which use to be our favorite spot. We tried different locations to give Chipotle the benefit of doubt, but alas, Chipotle just wants to make money and food quality just doesn’t matter. After our horrible experience from 3 other locations , I had high hopes for this location but it fell short. The rice was undercooked, and it wasn’t enjoyable. Our order was not difficult to make since it was all vegetarian, but they still managed to make it wrong. They have us burrito instead of bowl and we end up throwing quite a lot in trash due to the brittle undercooked rice and lack of sufficient guacamole or other toppings. We are done with you Chipotle ☹️"

"My boyfriend never ordered at Chipotle before. I told him to get a chicken bowl for me. He asked is there’s any veggie, the staff said no, and he came home with a bowl like this photo. So when corns and tomatoes are made into salsa, they are no longer veggies???? Or at the very least, isn’t lettuce veggie???? Basically if a customer doesn’t speak your chipotle language you lose the ability to serve them??????"
