"Use the self wash station, payed for best wash on the auto one and the bird poop is will on my hood I drug my finger across it and it came off"
"How dishonest. We used the self service bay. Time ran out when we were almost finished without warning. Paid with quarters first time but didn't have another $2.50 in quarters (already put in an additional 50 cents) so we used our card. Our credit card bill shows we were charged $15. So unhappy and will never do business with such a deceptive company again."
"Visitors beware! As I was exiting the automatic wash today, letting the driers do their job, the bay door closed on my car at the 45 second mark. The wash door closed from just above the driver door and it continued to descend as I drove through. It scratched the roof of my car, and damaged my back windshield wiper. I cannot even describe how unhappy I am right now with having my car damaged. 10/10 do not recommend."
