"I first began my treatment with balanced point wellness two years ago. My psychiatrist was Dr. erica stewart, and my therapist was Miss Cheryl Price. Within the end of that year, Miss , Erika stewart stated that she would be leaving the practice and that I would be getting another psychiatrist. A few months later , Cheryl Price said that she was leaving the practice and that I would get a new therapist. I got a new psychiatrist named Doctor collins. During our initial meeting , Doctor collins stated that he was taking me on because he wanted to buy himself some new toys. For someone suffering from mental health. This is extremely unprofessional because it lets your patients. Know that you don't care about them. And you only care about the money you're going to get. That was my first problem. Cheryl Price was able to get me to another therapist who had empathy and professionalism. So I was happy about that. I was then transferred to a lady named shavon mcmillan. Only to now , after a year later, have shavon tell me that she is transferring out of the practice as well. The employee turned over rate at balance point, and wellness is dangerously high. It is extremely worrisome that you will be partnered with a psychiatrist and/or therapist who will leave you within months to a year of treatment. You will usually have to repeat previous treatments all over again. What's the point. They also have a problem with billing and supervisors. I have been getting billing for almost 2 to 3 years now. And I haven't had a problem until recently with the billing. Whoever is working with the billing has an issue with actually billing you for the treatments that you're actually currently doing and will attempt to miss Billings. So when I get treatments, the bill comes out the same day normally. Now, all of a sudden, they're paying bills whenever they feel like it. If you have services on, let's say, December. On the 1st of December, the second and December, and the third, they will conveniently skip December. The second and then they'll tell you in December. The fifteenth that you have a bill , and they'll tell you that it's from december the third. I've had issues with other medical individuals, not necessarily therapy fraudulently. Billing me for services that I never received, and I need to make sure that they're not doing the same thing. But from what it looks like, whoever's doing? Their billing is not doing their job, and they're making it extremely difficult and confusing. I spoke with a young lady yesterday. Named Lucy Torres and when I asked to speak to a manager. I got her manager what she says today. When I spoke to her about Lucy and the conversation, I spoke with Lucy. She informed me that lucy no longer works there. So you're telling me someone that is in control of billing that I spoke with yesterday no longer works there today. So now it just seems like employment at Balloon Point. Wellness altogether has a high turnover rate.. This is the most unprofessional inconsiderate and on an organized business. I've ever seen in my life and to be working for individuals that have mental health issues. This is not how you should be running your business. At this point, I am looking to transfer out of balance point wellness to another facility that can actually do what they're supposed to do and actually complete their job effectively. Just now , if you can actually get service with balance point wellness yet, the therapist isn't gonna be there long, and you're gonna have trouble with billing , so be careful with this company."

"Balance point wellness has truly changed my life. I have been a client for almost 3 years. Prior to balance point, I had given up on therapy services. I gave it one more shot, gave the office my personal preferences/availability, and in less than 24 hours I received a call back with an offer to schedule an appointment with a therapist that would be a great fit for me. Three years later, I can’t express into words how grateful I am to have called the office That day, and given it one last shot. It’s changed my life in so many ways and I continue to come back and actually look forward to each upcoming appointment.. something I never thought I’d be able to experience. If you’re hesitant about therapy, this is the place to start. I highly recommend reaching out and asking for some guidance. They will do everything they can to help you get to where you want to be."

"Jennifer and Adina are very supportive of me. I truly look forward to meeting weekly with Adina and my occasional visits with Jennifer. It is nice when someone truly listens to you understands your pain and tries their best to comfort you. This is exactly what I've received from my two supports. It seems that every time I get very comfortable with the support person they leave and I have to start on the ground floor all over again. I truly hope these relationships will be long-term."
