About Us
Baltimore Hackerspace is a welcoming institution located at 7964 Baltimore Street in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. We are a non-profit organization funded by the community, and we invite individuals of all skill levels and backgrounds to become members. Whether you are an amateur, professional, maker, hacker, software developer, electronics engineer, or mechanical engineer, you are welcome to join our diverse group.
Our goal is to provide a space where members can learn about science and technology, collaborate on projects, and have access to useful tools. Your contributions are vital to keeping our doors open, and we offer flexible membership levels to suit your needs. If you prefer to pay in advance, we are happy to accommodate that as well.
If you are new to Baltimore Hackerspace, we encourage you to join our mailing list and introduce yourself to our regular members. When visiting for the first time, please ask for a charter member to give you a tour and review our policies and fill out necessary forms.
You are welcome to bring a friend or helper to the space, but please ensure that they conduct themselves safely and respectfully around others and our equipment. If you bring any minors, they must be under your supervision at all times.
