"Terrible at billing. Charging me for demonstration on stuff I was doing 3 months prior. Never asked for a demo, never got one and this is the 3rd time I have gotten my bill and tried to fix yet they won't remove but I NEVER got one or needed one since I was using it for months!"

"Horrible billing department! One step up from criminals. I am a cancer survivor and had radiation in January. They will me $700 for doctors I never meet. Refuses to give me an itemized bill. I agreed to a payment plan of $100 a month, they said they would send me monthly statement, never did. I made 2 $100 payments with no statement and now they turned me over to a debt collector. Don’t trust them! They lie and will not send you details. Contact Attorney Generals fraud division. I am!!"

"If you're in an ambulance and it's headed for any University of Maryland facility, JUMP OUT. Now that I have your attention, the care was not the absolute worst maybe, but I chose to switch to Johns Hopkins. The care is not the biggest issue though. The biggest issue is billing. First of all, to my knowledge I was never even sent a bill. I got 100% financial assistance from University of Maryland hospital (which of course does not include this bunch), because my income is barely over $1,000 a month from social security disability. Great, I thought, my bills are taken care of. The next thing I know I'm getting calls from a collection agency and there is a collection on my credit report. I set up a payment plan with those people and a month after the first payment was made, the phone calls started again. I have cancer which these same physicians were unable to treat successfully, and I'm ill. The last thing I need is a credit agency hounding me over a bill. Thanks so much, University of Maryland Physicians."

"If I could post zero stars I would. The billing department overcharged us and my insurance company has yet to receive a statement from them. This had been going on for almost 5 months. They refuse to reimburse us the money they owe us. The supervisors don’t answer voicemails or call you back. Even the insurance company can’t get things reconciled because the billing department has been dragging their feet for months."

"Doctors are ok. The BILLING is OUT OF CONTROL! Been dealing with this for years. There's ALWAYS a mistake and ALWAYS in their favor. And try calling, you are met with "Thank you for holding, ... please stay on the line for the next available representative". You listen to this in an infinite loop over & over until you get to the end when a female voice says, we're hanging up and you can email an address that's a mile long that you can hardly make out. And then the call drops. Not very good customer service. This experience is a reflection on the leadership."
