Massage Envy

"My husband and I both just had the worst massages at ME. If I could give zero stars, I would. My masseuse talked the entire time, most of which were either physical insults (saying I need to see a dermatologist, or consult my doctor) or some absurd story about a garden. She stopped massaging for roughly 10 mins to tell this "story." I guess she thought it was relaxing, but once the horse (yes... horse!) came in, she lost me and I was wondering what happened to the massage. My husband booked someone specifically for heavy pressure, but had to continuously asked for more. He said our massages for one another were much better than the one we just paid for. We were in and out in less than 50 mins, including sign-in process when we paid for a 60-min massage. We won't be coming back, but I wanted to leave a review to warn others. It felt like a cheap motel with high-end spa costs."

"Fastest massage ever! 40 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I left (including survey on a tablet at check in). What happened to 60 minute massages?"

"I want to say the front desk ladies have always been great. However I stopped going to this location because the last time I went, the masseuse would not be quiet even after I asked. I decided to go to a different location after. But I just decided to go back last minute as a treat to myself. The massage was BAD. I made it maybe 20 minutes before I needed to simply get up. It was dry and they appeared to really have a difficult time performing the massage. But I will say is they were kind. I appreciate the manager’s willingness to rebook me, but I ended up just canceling that as well as I didn’t want to risk the disappointment again."

"I received a gift card and called asking for a few of the masseuses that get great reviews, but they were all booked months out. I took a regrettable leap of faith with one of the other masseuses and had a very uncomfortable experience. I’ve never had that much oil on my body. I asked for more pressure but it was still very light. Between that and the dripping oil it was just bad. The appointment started 15 minutes late and ended by the end of the hour. While the front desk is kind, just too much went wrong for me to ever come back."

"Dan was amazing, I was extremely nervous and he made me feel at ease right away. He was confident and knowledgeable about everything. He told me exactly what he was going to do and asked me repeatedly if what he was doing was okay and if it felt okay. He was absolutely wonderful and I cant wait to go back. I felt so great when he was done. My posture was different and so was my attitude. Thanks again Dan!!"
