"On Friday 01/19/2024 we experienced a failure in our furnace where we had a roll out switch trip because of an irregular flame caused by a crack in the heat exchanger. The house filled with an odd chemical smell. I called Nerthling’s, and they had a technician out to my house within a couple of hours. The technician was very professional and thorough. After discussing the issue, it was determined the furnace was going to need to be replaced and it would be dangerous to operate as is. A few hours later, the same day, John Hess arrived to discuss options. John was very helpful and explained the differences in stage furnaces. He quoted me at the time of his visit. We elected to replace the air conditioner as well and chose a 2 stage furnace. Everything arrived and was installed within two business days. The installers were amazing. Very professional and friendly. I’m very particular on installations and they did not cut any corners. The install was quick. No debris or dust left behind. An outstanding job. "They were incredibly polite in the phone and able to send someone out the same day to fix our boiler. They even had an app text with technicians info and ETA. Kyle was wonderful and was able to quickly troubleshoot and fix our issue. They were incredibly reasonably priced as well! We have definitely found our new go-to for future maintenance and issues!"

"Austin G. came out after hours to check on furnace not running properly. He was very nice, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Answered all my questions about the furnace and made recommendations for future. His co worker Luke was at the house in October for a general yearly maintenance. Both Luke and Austin were a joy to be around. We chatted briefly about hunting while they were completing their tasks, its nice to know that their are nice, genuine and hard working people still, that are not rude and take the time to help out customers.
