"The pharmacy is clearly understaffed. I was part of a line of people who waited for over forty minutes, in part because the drive thru was arbitrarily closed. This gave me plenty of time to observe their novel technique for resolving phone calls... they simply never answer the phone and eventually customers give up."

"Alright- I found a workaround. Once I posted the photos, I was able to leave a proper review. I am adding a picture of the messy closed pharmacy counter. I am choosing not to post a picture of the man eating while filling prescriptions because I firmly believe he could lose his job and the point is to help people improve. Hopefully this will be a wake up call to whomever the manager is to do better with employee oversight and integrity. I want to add, Murisa was exceedingly helpful and kind despite the absolute lack of professionalism of the other employees. I did not get the name of the pharmacist who literally told me if I was bothered by how filthy it was, next time go to the drive up window. And she definitely was a pharmacist not a tech or assistant. Murisa did explain that they have been struggling with getting enough help and she apologized for the mess. But frankly, it starts at the top. Better management is needed. And there is just no excuse for anyone eating in the pharmacy. Pre-covid, I can understand people not recognizing the need for caution because those of us with immune compromised systems were greatly overlooked. But now, how can anyone think putting food in your mouth while handling somwone else's medication is safe???"

"Based on a visit to this store at 7/07/19_ at ~9:10 -- The attitude of the cashier was sickening. She appeared to hate her job from her overall body message. Her version of a smile is more like a dead-stare, poker faced look. Totally hated my experience. On the other hand, CVS is usually a great neighborhood establishment, yet when you buy here, hopefully the attitude of an unkind cashier won't being you down. The overall store is very well. It seems recently remodelled. The overall cleanliness of the store adds a warmth feeling to your overall day. Other than the cashier issue, this is a great pharmacy store. It is equipped with everything you need, from snacks/food to medicine to cards to beauty supplies and just some miscellaneous seasonal objects. Not to mention, it has a Pharmacy... what you expect from a Pharmacy store- yet it is a nice pharmacy that has a drive in and is equipped with the latest pharmacy trend, " The Figi Station". Overall, this is a great CVS pharmacy, that even though the unastounding staff, I recommend visiting for any of the Pharmaceutical store needs you may need. If the staffing issue is fixed- etheir new or re-trained staff, this pharmacy would get 5 stars from my view."
