While Dr. Levine has been an excellent PCP for over 20 years, I've had great experiences with other staff as well. Plus they are very responsive and have really good online system and their own lab, so everything is well coordinated."

"I made an appointment three months in advance and asked the front office if they accepted Medicaid because I was recently laid off. They confirmed they did so I continued with the new patient process leading up to my appointment for today. When I get there, I’m told they don’t accept Medicaid (which in itself is problematic in my opinion). It’s fine if you don’t accept certain insurances but my issue is that no one properly notified me that they do not accept Medicaid even after I ASKED THREE MONTHS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT via telephone. I also listed my current insurance on the new patient forms. It sounds like there's a lack of proper training and communication in this office and incompetence. You completely wasted my time and made my first impression as a new patient sour."

"I was able to get an appointment scheduled very easily and it was convenient. However, this time, I had to wait in the waiting room about 40 minutes before being called in to the "back area" where I waited another 10 minutes before seeing the doctor. The doctor came in and took his time making sure to get all the symptoms, so he could make the correct diagnosis. The STAFF IS EXCELLENT! From Nurse Christina to Check Out Counter Alisa, everyone was pleasant and professional. This is a great practice...except for the occasional wait."

"First time visiting this practice although I have other doctors in the same building. Initial impression— so bright! So clean! So welcoming! The reception staff was very welcoming and efficient with check in and check out. We saw William Kim as our provider today and I would recommend him to anyone. He listened, advised and generally cared; we certainly didn’t feel rushed or like “just the 9:00 patient”. Overall great experience and will be recommending to anyone I know."
