"I had my first colonoscopy today, they put my ease and gave me all the information I needed. The place is very clean, and the staff is amazing as well. I would, use this facility again if needed."
"The staff (Valerie and Margie β hope I spelled their names correctly) and Dr. Vaid were very professional, very patient, very caring and very gentle. I was scared since this was my first colonoscopy. They made me feel comfortable and calm. I recommend going to the Endocentre at Quarterfield Road."
"Too bad the other person gave such a poor review and such an poor experience, but that certainly was not the case with me. From the moment I arrived the woman at the front desk got me all set up. My nurse, Nicole, was very thorough and asked all of the right questions in preparation for my procedure. Obi, the Anesthetist assured me that everything would be fine. When I met Dr. Lee, he was extremely personable (and funny) and made me feel so comfortable prior to going to sleep that I almost forgot why I was there. Another friendly young woman who may have been the head nurse or a physician's assistant (I''m guessing), named, Yvette, came into assist with procedure and the technician, whose name escapes me, introduced himself and was all set and ready to go. After the procedure, while in recovery, they provided me with something to drink and repeatedly asked how I felt to ensure everything was fine, they brought my clothes and then discharged me. I would highly recommend the Endocentre at Quarterfield Station to anyone who is in need of the services they provide."
"The nurses were fine. A few did their best to accommodate the cold room and questions. After working in a hospital myself with both inpatient and outpatient, their patient care could have been much better. Their medical proceedures, iv sticks, etc were good. Had to ask ALOT SPOT of questions to understand what was going on and what the plan was. One staff member in particular was very rude when I tried to clarify what was going on- it's 630a- do you have to be so ugly? . No one is allowed in the room with you- which is fine- if you have zero underlined health issues. It just nice to have someone there to help you ask questions if you have a pre existing condition. Ive been in and out of doctors offices and had many tests run over the years and this is the first time ive ever left a less than positive review. I got the impression that no one REALLY caresld about my comfort level. Maybe it's "just the east coast" or maybe it's just a humanity thing. The reception desk did apologize for the attitude of their staff member."
