"A one rating; only because there is no zero. The administration personnel is very unresponsive...does not return phone calls, does not follow up on problems/issues. I took a Webinar on Jan 3-4, paid $410 for the course. I signed into my account to receive my CPE certificate and it showed I had earned 0 CPE for the course. I called on 1/15 and left messages at prompt 3 Kristin and when she did not return my phone call, I called again and left another message for her and for Prompt 7 Giavante Hawkins and at prompt 4 Assistant Director on 1/16. I received a call from Kristin Memphis on 1/16 explained the situation to her; advising I was signed into the course for the entire 2 days and only missed two of the polling questions. She --Kristin, advised she would have someone look into it and get back to me. I did not receive a call from Kristin or anyone else on the 16th, or the 17th. I called again on the 18th and left messages of irritation and frustration on the voicemails of Kristin and Giavante and have not heard from either of them. Remedy: Either immediately correct my certificate to reflect the proper CPE I should have earned for this course or immediately refund my payment of $410. Changed my rating from 1 to 3. This issue was resolved. Received an email on 1/23/24 from the Director Giavante Hawkins. She researched and discovered that a portion of the polling questions were reflected on my tablet that I signed into the webinar on for a brief period. I initially signed into the webinar on my desktop computer. Ms. Hawkins was quite responsive after the initial email from her and my CPE certificate reflects the proper credits earned for the class."
