"Doctor and staff have taken care of our two senior citizen beagles for years. Their quality of care is 5 star. Doctors take the time to answer all questions and present several options of care for owner to choose. Staff compassion and professionalism is first class, they also are receptive to any questions and take the time to answer all your med, schedule and billing questions. Above all they treat your pet as if it was their own. If you do have say goodbye to your pet there is no better team to walk that path with you."
"This place is wonderful. Dr. Rapsinski is the best vet I've ever been too. She is a wonderful surgeon and is very compassionate and caring about animals."
"How is my review deleted from 2020? I will write it again. Went in 2020 with new puppy during pandemic and was told no appointments everyone is 1st come 1st serve and they were only charging emergency visits which were $96!! I pull in and entire parking lot full triple parked and everyone was blocked in. I needed to get out of there. It was a combination of greed (the vet) and chaos (the customers). I couldn't find all the people that blocked me in, the office told me to wait until people came back out but more and more ppl pulled in. This was absolutely the worst. I finally managed to get out and got a scheduled appointment 2 hrs later somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN."
"Do yourself a favor. Take your pet anywhere but here.and the reviews I just read below about only caring about $ are 100% accurate. The story about the cutting the dogs toe does not surprise me one bit! They were dishonest with me too."
"A little over a year ago my dog Sadie began to put on weight in her belly. My sister that is a tech at saxony and assumed it was stomach cancer as goldens are prone to it. Sure enough through X-rays and ultrasound her stomach showed evidence of a mass. Whether multiple small tumors or one solid mass couldn’t be determined unless she was opened up. Surgery at her age is risky however her life has been in Dr. Rapsinski’s hands more than once and I completely trust her judgement and agreed to try. Once opened up, it turned out to be a solid mass only attached to her spleen and Dr Rapsinski successfully removed it with two of her right hand techs. Surgery was extremely extensive and timely. That took place November 4th 2021 The tumor was a massive 8.9 pounds but she recovered extremely well with zero issues. This was a very nasty angry tumor that would’ve killed her within the week from rupturing. Between meds and chemo it was hoped that when this aggressive cancer returned it would be slow growing. Dr. Rapsinski estimated her 3-6 months to live but that would get us through Christmas. Here we are 14 months later and just had our second Christmas together. Today we went in for X-rays to see where she stands. But somehow we are all stunned as all X-rays were clear of any cancer….. yes it could reappear next month out of nowhere but right now it seems as though at the end of April she will see her 14th birthday and will get more time with me and the kids. Loved is an understatement for this dog. I’m so thankful. Dr rapsinski is truly one of the most capable skilled vets I’ve gotten the chance to know and we love her so much!!! Also a great Dr. must have great techs, my sister didn’t glove up because she’s extremely connected to sadie too but Nicole Smith and Lindsey both are huge factors in this very big surgery. They all saved her life ❤️ I would never trust my babies with any other clinic besides Saxony!!!!"
