Dan Jacobs Heating & Cooling 4270 U.S. 422, New Castle, PA 16101

"Have been a customer of this place for 25 years. Called Dan and had him come look at my furnace as it wouldn't start up...it is 20+ years old. Dan showed up and after his inspection, he said the top motor was bad the bottom motor was and the heating element was cracked in 2 places. I need a new furnace... 3500.00 for a new furnace. As I was a lil bit leary of his diagnosis I got a 2nd opinion... No names involved but I had someone else come and inspect his findings. He was correct . The top motor was bad. After installing a new top motor he continued to try to start the furnace...The furnace not only started right up and ran like new. Very q uiet and the bottom motor worked and no cracks in heating element...3500.00 he wanted it cost me 300 to fix it..I will never call these guys again and will advise anyone reading this to watch dealing with dan...not honest just looking to make his. Typical new castle. That's what's wrong with this city...karma will work it's magic ...never again will I or anyone I know call him"
