"Bloom Health Centers was a God send! My waiting time on the phone and for my first appointment was relatively short. All the staff who helped my were absolutely terrific. Simply the best!"

"Terrible staff. They do not care about patient well-being. They have 6 week long wait times, but I booked anyways. Then, one week before the appointment, they cancelled it. When I asked them to send me info why it was cancelled, they sent my private medical information to another patient. And to top it off, when I called to complain, the person on the phone told me point blank that there was no record of a HIPAA breach, which is a lie because I received a letter from them. The representative on the phone said I was making it up. They are completely disorganized and should not be trusted. They gaslight patients."

"This place can be good, depending on your provider. Medication management has been great and Amber Bokhari is a very competent and kind person. She listens to my concerns and addresses them in a timely manner. Trying to get therapy was a whole different experience. I had problems with scheduling and a rude provider. I’ll keep coming back to se my Psychiatrist, but for therapy I’m going elsewhere."

"My medication management doctor is fantastic. She’s so compassionate, understanding and very flexible with suggestions. She knows I’m on a waiting list for a therapist and was kind enough to send me some very useful videos in the meantime. She and her staff worked for three weeks to get a very much needed medication for me. They didn’t give up and it was approved. After a month I’m this medication I feel SO much better than before. I’m very grateful for this organization."

"The most unprofessional administration team I've ever dealt with. My actual clinicians have been good to work with. However, the billing and admin side of the business is in total shambles. No one answers the phones or replies to any portal messages - except for the therapists. It should not be the clinicians job to try to find answers from a billing team that won't even talk to them either. I've had my credit card information info stolen from them, they've 'accidentally' deleted appointments and patient records... They can't even figure out consistent co-pay collections or basic bill payments. It's been a nightmare dealing with their incompetence, which is the last thing someone wants added to their lives while dealing with mental health hardship."
