The shop is very neat, clean and tidy. I travel from the west hills to see them, I wouldn't do that if it weren't worth every minute of travel."

"Its a family atmosphere with their cute dog and even cuter daughter there on a Saturday. But waited over 45 minutes for my 12 noon appt. My work area was dusty and dirty and needed wiped off. It was my first time and they never introduced themselves nor did they ask my name ( I was there with my sister). Very friendly but i wont be back."

"Made an appointment and waited a half hour to be seen. Nail technician was on his phone the entire time. Gel nails were ok, but did develop bubbles and peeling within a few days. In response to the owner - I was there Sept 30th at 5pm. I could not come back to get them fixed because unfortunately these were my wedding/honeymoon nails so I was a little busy to return to get them fixed."
