"Worst Customer Service!!! Front Desk needs A LOT TO IMPROVE. If you really love your baby do not come to this place you don’t feel like you can ask a simple question because they look at you with a terrible face. I do not even know who they can hire people like that. Trust me they don’t care about patients. Paul is the only one really nice to customers."

"It looks like people who work here, especially the front desk people are unprofessional. They have no sense of urgency, responsibility and do not even get me started on their management. I was told that my blood report would be back within 24 hrs, which is btw today, and I called them after not hearing back from them at 3:30 PM and they said the the CLINIC IS CLOSED when yesterday they specifically told me that they are open until 4 today and they would call me and let me know about the result. They have no sense of responsibility towards their patients. I regret to have went in to get my blood test at the Pregnancy Aid Center. Worst experience."

"I have had the best care here. From my approval of pregnancy they helped me every step of the way. Helping me get insurance, which for most is such a headache they provided help with ease n with in that day I had health care for me and my unborn baby.. Visits were always amazing every employee there way amazing and so polite. I love this facility. No other place could compare to the care I had here it is like a home away from home. I don't even feel like I'm going to a doctors appointment.. No headaches no hassle no stress this facility played a big role in my pregnancy. Easy as pie.. I love them all. Now I want to give back for all the help they provided me with and that is by donating things I know other Expecting mothers could use.. I would recommend this facility and the care of the doctors n nurses to ant family and friends.. Most amazing place ever.. Could not have got through without them.. Thanks pregnancy aid center U were there every step of the way Love Yah lots"

"I am sadly and very dissatisfy with the services with this facility. I have been a patient for years and after 2 pregnancies with PAC i cant believe how there are no same day nor with in a week appointments available. I used to call and make appointments for the same day or even within that week. Last week I called to schedule an appointment for this week because of my work schedule and, first the young lady was very rude and very unprofessional. she told me she didn't have appointments available until next week and I kindly ask her if she could call me if there should be any cancellations she rudely replied with "WE DON'T CALL PATIENTS, IF YOU WANT TO CALL US NEXT WEEK TO CHECK ON CANCELLATIONS YOU CAN". that was very dissatisfying. Customer service is just not how it used to be, its very discouraging because I have dealt with Roslyn when she worked there and Mary who is outstanding along with Dr. Rodger's who has delivered both of my babies. now I am in search of a once warm felt obyn office which is tough to find."

"I was previously a patient at this clinic (4700 Erie Street) and I have found my experience to be a phenomenal one. The services provided by this clinic had tremendously helped my transition to becoming a healthy mother. I was able to successfully apply to Medicaid with a help of a very patient and meticulous staff member name, Laurie. My medical bills were covered and I didn't have to break a sweat thinking about them. Every staff member here are very knowledgeable, open-minded, responsive, and conscientious with my situation and health. Overall, the clinic is very diligent, clean, orderly, and welcoming for any patient."
