"Tamas and his crew are nothing short of amazing. We had an old boiler system that was failing us and was outdated. He did everything he could to try to fix it but we decided to replace it instead of rolling the dice on investing in more repairs. We were without hot water for weeks but as soon as our parts were in Tamas was here all day for days. Even before then, he came on Christmas Eve Sunday trying to help us. As stressful as this was he made it so much easier and showed he truly cared, and got everything working before the major storm."
"Blissful Homes did a great job installing our Mitsubishi Mini Split. The tech took the time to install the unit as he would in his own home. Neat, clean, quality work."
"I am very happy with Blissful Homes. They came on time and were very professional. Their guys were great and did a wonderful job.Tomas, the owner gave me a good price and always called me back if I left a message. He came when he said he would, and gave me a free estimate, unlike some other companies who wanted to charge. I highly recommend them."
"We hired Blissful Homes to install a 3 unit ductless system in our home. They did complete the install, but I would not recommend them. We hired them in June and due to supply chain issues they did not start the install until late August. Due to THEIR issues they did not finish the install until Mid October. The owner is either completely unaware of how long a job takes or lies through his teeth. He told us our install would be 2 to 3 days. He continued to update us each day or two, indicating that it would take only one or two more days each time...His employees however indicated from the start that it would be more than a week. In the end it took over a week because his guys were splitting their time with another job that had supposedly finished the day that ours started. The first guy to work at our house spends more than half of every day chatting with us and the owner is completely aware of this (while we were trying to work from home but still check on him intermittently). I had to have a serious chat with him about the quality of work that was expected after the first day because the single outside unit that he had hung after one day was hung noticeably out of level and the placement of the inside unit was done in a way that resulted in exterior line hides that were not vertical when a simple measurement would have allowed him to place the inside unit so the lines hides were vertical. The other employee does great work, but is overworked (update: after several months we are finding issues with his work as well. See below) We found screws laying outside around the house afterwards, including in the driveway, and are happy we didn't puncture a tire. They covered nothing in the basement to protect from dust - specialized equipment was contaminated with dust, even though I was here and offered to move stuff out of the way to avoid the contamination. I thought they were going to be taking precautions and assumed my equipment would be safe. They 'wet-wiped' the dust they made in the house. We still had to clean after them everywhere. While the systems were functional after that first week+, they were missing aesthetic line hide pieces that we were assured would be installed in the next week. That did not happen until 2 months later, after we called to remind them that our install was not finished. (We had already been charged and were paying since the initial week). I do want to give credit, because they did change the design to get us an AC this year despite supply chain issues ( 3 outside units instead of one). Their office staff also submitted the rebate to our electric company for us. Just a last comment, when the owner came to give us a quote he implied that he would be here for the install...He wasn't here. Instead he told us he was out on repairs that week... I suspect it was repairs for his company's installs. Just to be clear I will not call this company again. Update 7 months after install: This work was completed in October. By April we found the line hides leaking water. We opened the line hides and found the drain lines were barely run into 'T' connections to the PVC pipes without any connection. No surprise that they didn't stay connected. Photos attached. We also found several of the holes that were made into the house had not been plugged up to prevent rodent entry. The ones that had been plugged were plugged with plain steel wool which has already severely rusted."
"Very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem with our Ductless AC, scheduled the repair for the following week and had the unit running better than ever in about two hours. A pleasure to do business with and will definitely be using Blissful moving forward"
