"I wouldn't even attempt to go back. My mom and I made an appointment for 3pm. We got there between 5 to 10 minutes early. We walked in and noticed the bugs on the ground and a cobweb on of of the chairs. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable looking. We signed in and I noticed on of the employees sleeping. My mom and I sat down and waited. Nobody came so we just left. We made an appointment and nobody was there to take us due to nap time."

"First of all, their nails look good. But the service here is unprofessional. My two thirteen year old girls came to get French tip acrylic’s for back to school and they had an unpleasant experience. The salon is in disarray and visually looks terrible. Also, when we came in we sat down the older man was trying to tell my children to write their names down in the book but they could not understand him and he yelled at them to sign their name!! I went over to check on my girls and when I asked him to cut their nails down a little he gave me the nastiest death stare. They also wish he could have been a little bit gentler with their hands, even with the way he spoke to them was a little aggressive. One of the girls took her hand out of the blue light when he tapped her hand to take it out and he yelled at her and rolled his eyes but she was not supposed to. Their scheduling is poorly thought out and these poor teen girls sat there for half an hour when their appointment was at 2. When they were done with the blue light he aggressively told us to pay and leave also with his hand motions in a disrespectful manner. We will never go here again. The lady did seem very nice though however she was not doing our nails."

"I have been there twice, once with appt and once as a walk-in. Miss T did my nails both times and was happy to help create any ideas I had. The polish lasted so long I had to go back only when my nails grew so long. Very happy and will definitely be back!"
