"I started attending Takedown Nation about 5 or 6 months ago with no martial arts/combat sports training at all. Its been such a fun and rewarding experience. Coach Eric stresses partner safety and technique, and always takes time to explain things. There is no pressure. There are no egos. And everyone is really friendly, accepting, and supportive of each other. My daughter also attends the kids class. She is 13 years old and has special needs, and Coach Eric has been great with her since day 1. She loves it here. She feels accepted and is always excited to come hang out with coach and all of her friends and learn BJJ. If you are interested in BJJ this is the place to be for sure."
