"I wouldn't recommend the NP in this office. When getting a yearly physical the only thing that was done was listen to my heart, that was it, no lungs, ears, throat, etc. Nothing else except go over labs. I couldn't believe how someone could call this a physical, but was definitely charged for one. Will not be going there anymore. Dr Hoffman seems to be Very good, another family member is a patient of his and always been through with them , just like Stegman was."

"The practitioner here does not know what she is doing. During my last visit this woman acted like a toddler. When I told her she didn't order a test that she claimed to be monitoring she went into some kind of tantrum. She kept cutting me off assuming she knew what I was going to say and then abruptly left the room when I told her I didn't understand why she wasn't letting me speak. During my visit I was suffering from a chronic painful condition that was missed over the years and somehow she was angry with me about it. Also the other review about the exam rooms being filthy are correct. At least the one that the nurse practitioner always used was. Save yourself some grief and go somewhere else."

"This office is by far the most unreliable, poorly run office I’ve ever been to. I switched my whole family to this office after our last primary care physician retired and we were in a bind to find somewhere else to go. We’ve had several issues with the front office staff not faxing orders for imaging that the physician wanted us to get done asap, and then the office staff still taking weeks to finally fax the orders after we called several times to complain. I’ve been told by this physician that my previous primary care physician, along with the specialist I was seeing, diagnosed me with an autoimmune disease that she doesn’t believe I ever had, and refused to prescribe the medication that I’ve been on for 3+ years now, causing several health issues to arise due to being unmedicated for the autoimmune disease. My husband has been having some problems and requested a referral to a specialist multiple times and the physician has refused. He left this office and started seeing another physician elsewhere, who couldn’t believe that he hadn’t been referred to a specialist yet. Go figure. This physician pushes supplements that are expensive and seem to be useless after months of taking them. The office itself is outdated and old fashioned, and the shelves where they keep decorations in the exam rooms behind the chairs, are absolutely filthy. It appears that nobody bothers to even dust the office. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had as a patient of a medical office."

"Doctor Stegman is an excellent physician. His staff is also very professional and extremely helpful. I moved close to Philadelphia and I'm still willing to drive 2 hours and a half just to see him as a patient. Their office and staff are the Best!"
