The owner is very proffessional and accessible. they provide quality care with well thought out lesson plans and the learming environment is safe and warm. The price is very reasonable and the service is excellent. The kids are well behaved and respectful. During the summer, River Birch provides field trips to educational and historical places in MD, even theater, exposing the kids to culture and the arts. I am so pleased with this daycare.
