"One of my friends goes to therapy here. She had an appointment for 1 PM. The man driving in front of her hit a deer. It took about 5 minutes to get en route after helping the driver. She arrived at 1:15. The receptionist was very rude and said "Patsy (her therapist) said to reschedule you if you're late. You need to learn to be on time. It's important." My friend started sobbing. She's over 18 and was being treated like a child. The therapist called her back and said "I needed to teach you a lesson to be on time. Life is structured and doesn't revolve around your time." She can't control that someone hit a deer! My friend quit because when you're working with the mentally ill, you can't just turn them away from therapy to teach them a lesson. The way she was treated was disgusting. Please don't go here."
