"Instead of saying nicely that we don't have registers because of a power outage the older heavy set lady that was working at approximately 7:30 was extremely nasty, pointed at the window, and said we don't have registers and I don't care if you have something you need to pick up. Can't you read? She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills. I don't always have the greatest days either, but that is no reason to speak to someone the way she spoke to my husband.
