"OHEP director Miss Jones comes in at noon. Told me she couldn't do my application but someone would get back to me. Never happened. Nobody answers the phone."

It was also an inconvenience that I had to come up here and deal with an issue that was supposed to be taken care of within 60days. And the lady at the front desk is very rude. I am praying that I don’t have to deal with these people again after today."

"I have been calling this office daily and have not been able to get anyone to answer or speak to. I sure miss Mac Middleton, he was great at solving and getting results in situations like this! I'm going to reach out to my county Representative and Executives to help get SMTCC in line according to their services. Establishments can't use "Covid" as an excuse for poor service or lack there of."

"Do not waste your time applying here. As the previous reviews have said they do not return calls or emails. It’s been 2 months since I submitted an application and have not received any notification from them. They are always “urgently” hiring so my guess is they are understaffed and are unable to handle the work volume. But who’s fault is that???! This should not effect those that are applying for assistance. Submitting documents and filling out applications is feeling like a waste of time, just not hear from anyone. This is wrong."

"For this to be and organization that’s supposed to help people who is having a tough time. They are horrible at it. No one picks up the phone and don’t respond to emails. By the time they reach out to you, it’s too late. When you are working for an organization with a mission to help the people you have to have take on that mindset as well. It can be just another job because people lives are at stake. Customer service skills is desperately needed."
