"I went in to get A full set of fall color nails with a leaf design . I told the tech I wanted color acrylic. He did not listen to me he just did my nail the way he wanted to and used Gel Polish after I specifically told him when I first went in that I did not want Gel polish It always chips and the color chip off the tips of my nails. Then the nail tech stuck a sticker on my nail and put top coat on top of it and made bumps on top I have had my nails for a total of 10 days now And three of them are ready to pop off save yourself some time and money unless you love disappointment don’t go to this snail salon!"

"I love this place! I have been going to regal nails for the last 3 years and I always have my nails done by Kelly. She is very good and fast too! I have gel powder and polish and my nails last for almost 30 days before I had to get a fill with only 1 nail that lifted. My daughter goes to Kelly’s dad who is very precise. I definitely recommend this place."

"Been going there for a few months then the last time I went I got some young guy and he did a very bad job on my nails! I got a nail repaired in the same day I left from getting them filled and fix it broke off again +3 other ones also the polish chipped off the day after I got them done ! Which that’s never happened before ! So I went back in to get them fixed they fix them but the guy left wrinkles in my nails with the Polish and it was supposed to be gel! he wouldn’t let me pick a different kind because something was seriously wrong with the polish try to charge me another $25 for another polish! He finished my nails then walk straight out into Walmart and ignored me when I told him there was a problem with the now he just fixed so I told the other lady sitting there that I think runs the place and she was so rude and just totally looked and then ignored me I definitely wont recommend going back there there only nice if you’re spending money but if they mess up their ignorant! I suggest going up to oasis they’re a lot better it’s just hard to get in there without an appointment"

"I went to get a pedicure and manicure for vacation the day before we left. I ended up paying an extra 15 dollars for gel polish that they said would last through my 5 day vacation that I left for the 12 hours after I had them done. Well it didn't even last 2 days!! They started peeling off one by one. A week later and I have 2 polished on one side and 2 on the other .. I paid 80 w. Tip for nothing, I'm so upset. Our guy was really great but the polist they use is awful. My toes lasted 2 days and then we're all chipped and crappy. We weren't even in water!! It rained the whole time so I won't be going back."
