"I’ve given this practice a few tries but I will not be returning. It’s not the doctor or the nurse practitioner, it’s the technicians and sometimes the front desk. If they send you for bloodwork, an X-ray, or MRI do not expect to get the results if you don’t constantly call them or drive there to get it. It took over a month for me to learn that I had a full rotator cuff tear. Also don’t expect a warm greeting…it just doesn’t happen. I had so much hope for finding a doctor’s office close to home but I’ll drive for better care and service."

"Highly disappointed in my care at this location. i came for one appointment and did not return. When I walked in there were so many adds regarding eye lash serums and other weight loss options that I felt like I was in a multi level market scheme office. I felt that Dr Reid wasn’t very attentive to the patients needs. She stood across the room the entire time. For this reason I didn’t return. I think as a healthcare professional you should be worried about patients health not their eye lashes or selling miscellaneous marketing items to make additional money. I will say the inside was nice, clean, and front desk staff were nice for the most part. I have found another primary care physician, I suggest you look elsewhere for optimal healthcare."
