"When we got our initial quote, we were told we would have 2 people clean our house for 2 hours. We often only had one person for about 2-2.5 hours. The cleaning was very inconsistent, and they did not do many of the things that they said they would (like clean corners...). We switched to another local service and they do everything I wanted (and more!), so it was not me being too picky. We gave MTP almost a year (every other week) to improve, and they just couldn't do it."
