"Very friendly and professional staff, I've been coming here for about a year after switching from another vet I used for years and wasn't happy with anymore. I couldn't be happier with how they have treated my kitties so far"
"I would give this clinic zero stars if I could. I am new to the area and I took one of my cats to them about a month ago for significant weight loss in a short period of time and we saw Dr. Rienbeau. She had blood work done, and a vet tech called me When I got home. In the first place, I cannot believe they have a tech call you to discuss results of bloodwork because the doctors are too busy to do that when they are the ones who should do it. In the second place, the tech said that the vet said that there was nothing significant showing in her bloodwork to explain the weight loss. I asked them to email me a copy of her bloodwork because I like to keep records of everything. I also know from experience that vets will not tell you things that are on the bloodwork that you should know about, which is the case with this cat. I looked at her bloodwork and saw that her ALT was Over five times higher than the highest end of normal. My jaw dropped when I saw this because I could not believe that the vet would not recommend that I give my cat s-ame with milk thistle to help her liver. I went ahead and ordered it from chewy anyways, hoping that the vet would approve it, which she did. I am proud to say that in a months time my cat has gained 2 pounds back and looks wonderful. It’s a good thing that I am an experienced animal owner. Who knows what to look for since they did not even suggest that I try that with her. A couple of weeks ago I brought another cat in and we saw Dr. Paige. I brought him in because he has had a cough for about a year and no one has figured out what the problem is. He had chest x-rays done and a radiologist looked at them. Dr. Paige called me and said that the radiologist said that he had asthma. She started him on prednisone and we were to give it twice a day and then once a day and then every other day in hopes that we could get him to stop coughing. Two days after he finished the last dose he started coughing again. I left a message for Dr. Paige to call me back, which she did yesterday. She said we would start him back on the prednisone again and try to get it down to two doses a week and be able to control the coughing. When he was taking it every day, he was not coughing at all. Since he was going to be on this medication for a length of time, I asked her If I could order a large bottle of the prednisone from chewy, because it would be more economical for me than purchasing one little bottle after another. Evidently she does not care about our financial situation. I guess she was just concerned that I would guzzle the stuff down or overdose my cat. I don’t know where she gets off thinking that when she does not even know me. She snapped at me and said. That she would not approve a large bottle because she wants to control it. If that is not her insinuating, that I will overdose my cat on purpose or drink the stuff, I don’t know what it is. It was disrespectful of her to speak to me like that. I am going to do what is best for the cat whether that is giving it to him twice a week, or twice a day. I have never had a problem with drugs. I have never touched any type of street drug or prescription drug in my life. I called back this morning and left a message for Tabatha one of the vet, techs, to call me back. I asked for her because that is who our vet tech was when we brought Mungo in to see Dr. Paige. Tabatha was very nice to me when I was in the clinic. When she called me this evening, she started out talking nice to me, but as soon As I started expressing my concerns about not being able to purchase a larger bottle for financial reasons, she started getting pissy with me and defending her boss. She started raising her voice and getting snooty with me. I told her that I was not raising my voice at her or cussing at her, so she did not need to speak to me that way, and she, of course denied it. She said that she did not appreciate me, badmouthing her boss. I was not bad mouthing anyone. Evidently in this small little so-called friendly town, you are not allowed to have your own respectful opinion."
"They saved my dog's life. I have a 18 year old female that had a strange emergency issue. Anyone else would have given up. They didn't and I'm enjoying more time with my little family member. Every person working there truly care and love animals. I owe all of you a giant thank you."
"Just went in for a first visit and needed shots. The staff were really nice and helpful. They even offered to give us something to clean up the mess in General Mowsow's crate! Very impressed. The pricing wasn't as bad as I thought as well."
"Started coming here about a year ago and I’ll never choose a different vet. Every visit we make has been greeted with kindness and a smile. Vets are very informative and provide swift and informative treatments. My pets love coming to the vet now! I would highly recommend them to everyone! :)"
