"Don't go if you're in need of help. Have never left a medical facility feeling worse then when I walked in. I am sorry for the negatively here and even more so for my brothers and sisters who run the risk of being treated as I have been by the staff. What a beautiful day outside though."
"I came here for a lab appointment and everyone was really nice. My initial appointment was a phone call with the doctor, which was really convenient. The lady doing my blood work was great and talked to me the whole time so I wasn't nervous, and it didn't hurt at all. No bruise today either, unlike some other VA clinics I've been to... My appointment was at 8:30 and there was barely any wait at all."
"I have been here 5 times to get a veterans ID and still haven't been successful. The computer system isn't working, I can't get a hold of someone on the phone or I am not notified that I still have items to complete. At the moment I need to have my photo taken which I had already done a month ago, but the system lost my original photo. I come in today and I can't bring my daughter with me which I had already done the previous time that I came in. No standards in the office and a terrible computer system. I have no availability to come in without my daughter and the VA is of no help. How many times will I need to come in before I actually get my ID? Not sure, to be continued..."
"The medical center is new . The VA clinic is on the 3rd floor. The elevator button is located on the on the elevator not that visible. When you get to the 3rd floor you have scan to take covid 19 questionnaire before you check in with the nurse . Get there 15-20 minutes early to get these things done . If you are 15 minutes late you will not be seen."
"Staff was welcoming and treated me as a person. Doctor was very nice and was concerned with my health and well being. This clinic is a great addition to the community and saves me from driving to DC for primary care. This building is across the street from Great Mills High School."
