They cut back their hours and switched to a centralized voicemail system that made it impossible to speak to or contact anyone at the local store online or on the phone. It also took me two months to get my glasses because first they forgot to place my order, then they came back wrong twice. I also had to keep making extra visits to ask in person because I couldn't ask anyone on the phone and there was no option offered to check online."
