"You can never get through to anyone. It's either busy or nobody answers. One doctor and one nurse/secretary runs the office. When you do get in touch and you are a client and ask the doctor for an antibiotic to be sent the nurse will never call back for a decision status and no contact thereafter."
"We were traveling by boat along the Chesapeake Bay when my wife experienced excruciating pain in her hip flexor. We diverted our trip to Colonial Beach in search of medical help. We used a rented golf cart to arrive at 8 am and entered the office immediately after the door was unlocked. The nurse/gate-keeper refused to let us see the doctor as her only "new patient" appointment available was 2 and one half weeks in the future. This despite an empty waitng room. So, best of luck to folks in trouble who are not regular patients. I suspect if Dr. Hassan had rounded the corner, he would have instructed his gate keeper to lead us in. But, sadly, he didn't and she wouldn't."
