"Absolutely terrible. I've been trying to get an new patient appointment or same day visit for myself and a family member for literal years. When we call, they are unable to schedule appointments for whatever reason. We are continually told to call back for walk in hours but there is never any availability. They've taken my number multiple times with promises to return my call but I've not heard back one time. When I ask if we can to to another RACSB, they tell me no, we must go to the one in our area. Most recently, my family member called on Thursday (4 days ago) and was told they could see him Monday (today) as a same day. We just called back minutes ago as I write this and were informed they wouldn't be able to see him same day because the person who sees same day appts last day was Thursday! If that person left last week, why the hell would you tell us to call back 4 days later?! Do not waste your time with these people."

"More of a business than a counseling office Counselors intentionally slow progress to make more money and if they don't like you they will upset so you don't come back instead of communicating that they don't want to treat you"

"I’ve been seeing both a psychiatrist and therapist from this location for a year now and they’ve both been great. With that being said, this clinic tirelessly serves a lot of our community so sometimes space can be slim, however they’re very attentive to their patients and you can tell they truly care about doing anything they can to help us live our best lives."

"I had been trying to obtain counseling for my daughter for months.. I was promised call backs which I never received. I had to go through Fredericksburg Racsb, which was very responsive. When we did finally get it, she required mobile counseling. Every single time she had an appointment at the King George office, no one came to open the door for her although clearly you can see from the office. We have to contact the counselor for her to come in. I would not recommend KG RACSB to anyone."
