Thieves The nail clear coat was put on very sloppy by my technician. They are not open today and it’s Tuesday. What a pathetic place Waste of $36 She lost out on a $10 tip for cheating me. Her loss. Very poor polish application. She gaslit me and said it was fine. My regular salon had to repair this. I told them of this salon and they had gotten other customers from them to redo"

"New to the area and came across the salon with good reviews, so I tried it! And I was not disappointed! Cindy did my nails and she was fantastic. The entire staff though was very personable and friendly and made you feel welcome. I’m pretty picky with my nails and Cindy did a wonderful job. She paid attention to detail which I love and made sure all my nails were perfectly shaped, and even with both hands. So important to me! I’ll definitely be back!"

"If I had to choose one word to describe NY Nails, I would use the word IMPECCABLE. IMPECCABLE service, IMPECCABLE products, IMPECCABLE nail art, IMPECCABLE attention to detail, IMPECCABLE atmosphere, IMPECCABLE results… EVERY. DAMN. TIME. When I moved to Pittsburgh, I had such a hard time finding the top two things I wanted when it came to my nails… 1. A place that offered Gel-X (and did it properly) 2. A place/person that would match my creative ideas and execute them perfectly. Then I came across NY Nails and got even more than the two things I was searching for- I know more about my own nails more than ever and completely trust Nethan with keeping them healthy & stunning. I am so thankful for this salon, and every 2 weeks I am BEYOND excited to go in and not only leave with the most perfect set of nails, but to see the wonderful staff that is NY Nails, and that make it the wonderful experience that it is. I started coming here in April 2021, and I will never be leaving!!!"

"Let me start off by saying that Ny Nails is a fantastic salon with the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. I had my nails done by Nethan and he is extremely talented; his quality of work is unmatched. He is gentle, sociable, takes his time, and produces quality work. I've been to a few nail salons in the area and this one is by far the best one. Not only was I enjoying the experience, HE was enjoying it also and that made such a difference! "Susan is great! I am so glad I finally found a good nail place in the North Hills! My pedicure was great, including the massage part. For my full set I did gel and gave her a picture of the design I wanted, which she matched perfectly. You could tell most of the clients were regulars as everyone knew each other by name, and even though it was a busy Friday they were able to get me an appointment within a few hours of calling. I will definitely be going back!"
