"Went to this location during a sale and the only style that fit correctly was out of stock, so they ordered me one online to be shipped to my house, except it said it was delivered but I never received it.. I got my money back and the staff & customer service are great but it’s still frustrating to go through all that to never receive the item. When I called, the lady asked if I wanted another one shipped and after I said yes proceeded to say oh never mind it’s out of stock again.. lol not her fault but it is frustrating."

"came here with some friends and got actually chased around by an old “larger” lady with blondish grey hair. we heard the employees saying our “garage bags were quite useful.” the lady continuously demanded that we take bags, even though we weren’t carrying any merchandise. not a good store and i felt interrogated the entire time i was there. ended up putting our bags that were given to us on the floor and walking out."

"The store was being remodeled when I went today. I went to the other location on the bottom floor, associate in the front told me to pick out something so I could do an even exchange. She was very helpful; liked that I had an easy transaction and my purchase. Also made a flirty comment when I paid my credit card off."

"What's not to like, it's Victoria Secret! I did a little post Christmas shopping. I found something cute to wear of course! Not too crowded but filled up as I was leaving. Great semi -annual sale! They gave me the online price even though the sale hadn't started in retail outlets. It's always fun at Victoria Secret! Thank you VS ❤️"

"As a mother, after you have a baby, finding new bras, underwear, and even yourself to feel somewhat normal again is hard. I spent a lot of time here yesterday, trying to make sure everything fit. Everything was organized, clean, and everyone was wonderful......except for the woman who checked me out. The entire time she had an attitude. It wasn't what she said, it was how she said it and how she acted. First she said about how I need to get 2 more pairs of underwear because I'm paying more by just getting 2. So I did. Came back, then she sent me back after she already told me I needed 2, to trade one of the original pairs for another 1 because one of the pairs wasn't part of the 5 for $30. I told her okay, well you didn't tell me that the first time. She then gave me this dirty look and you could tell she was trying to not lose it on me. If anything, it should have been ME trying to not lose it on her. Anyway, as I left each time, I heard her talking obnoxiously about how long I had been there to my mother. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The only other issue I had was it took forever for someone to come back to let me and a line of other people into the dressing rooms. Other than that everyone else was nice and so helpful."
