"I got a bike online for my daughters birthday. I didn't open it until the day before because I wanted to wait to put it together to surprise her. Turns out when I tried, for some reason I couldn't get the front wheel in. I took it to Guys Bikes this morning as a last hope. They were booked until Saturday for bike repairs and tuning. I wish I knew the guys name in the back with the cool beard but he heard about my daughter's birthday situation and figured he could probably help me out really quick. Turns out the front forks were bent during shipping but they were able to fix the issue and get the bike in good working order in about 15-20 min (where as I spent over an hour cursing trying to get it together myself in my garage). This guy was a life saver and I really appreciate all you did for me this morning. Great people work at Guys Bikes."
